Mietpreis pro Woche für 2 Personen, inkl. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Gartenmitbenutzung, Liegestühle, zwei einfache Fahrräder. Jede weitere Person 25.- Euro pro Woche zusätzlich. Max. 6 Personen, inkl. Kinder. Für die Endreinigung werden gesondert 90 Euro verrechnet.
Affitto a settimana per 2 persone, compreso la biancheria da letto e asciugamani, corrente, acqua, riscaldamento, giardino, sdraio e 2 biciclette. Ogni persona in più 25.- Euro a settimana. Massimo 6 persone, incluso i bambini. Per le pulizie a fine soggiorno vengono aggiunte 90.- euro.

Mindestzeitraum 7 Tage, Vermietung  jeweils  von SAMSTAG, 17h bis SAMSTAG, 11h.
Anzahlung 30%, Restbetrag 2 Monate vor Urlaubsbeginn.
Ein Hund ist willkommen.
Periodo minimo 1 settimana, check-in e check-out al SABATO, arrivi dalle ore 17 in poi, partenze entro le ore 11.
Caparra del 30% nel momento del contratto, il restante 70% due mesi prima dell’inizio del soggiorno. Un cane é benvenuto.

Kurtaxe: 2,00 € pro Nacht und Person. Bis zum Alter von 14 Jahren keine Kurztaxe.
Tassa soggiorno 2,00 € a notte e persona, tranne bambini fino ai 14 anni.
